Care — Hand wash cool with cashmere detergent. Press gently, lay flat on a towel to dry. Fold, don't hang.

Can cashmere pill?

Small surface pills can form where cashmere rubs. Do not tug at them. Ask us before using a fabric tool, especially on fine gauze or embroidery.

What if I notice loose fibres?

Loose fibres may appear. Avoid aggressive brushing. If fibre loss persists, send us a photo and your order details so we can assess the issue.

How should I wash and dry it?

Hand wash below 30°C with wool or cashmere detergent. Press gently, absorb excess water with a towel, then reshape and dry flat in the shade. Do not scrub, wring, machine wash or tumble dry. Follow the care label and our care guide.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

Lighting and screen settings can change how colour appears. Compare the main and detail images, and contact us if you need help choosing a shade.

Are delivery, duties and taxes included?

Yes. In eligible destinations, the USD price includes standard delivery to your door, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST and import handling. There are no additional charges at checkout or on delivery.

When will my order ship?
