SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days.

Shipping is complimentary worldwide. Orders are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service where available, so duties and import taxes are handled before your parcel reaches you.

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Delivery times vary by destination and by customs clearance in your country.

We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address and a phone number for the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at hello@taktshop.com and we will look into it.
