The essentials

Six gentle steps.

  1. Keep the water cool

    Hand wash with cold water or water below 30°C.

  2. Choose a gentle detergent

    Use a mild cashmere or wool detergent.

  3. Press. Rinse. Never rub.

    Gently press and rinse. Do not rub.

  4. Let a towel do the work

    Wrap in a towel and gently press out excess water.

  5. Reshape and dry flat

    Lay flat in its original shape and dry naturally in the shade.

  6. Finish with gentle warmth

    Use gentle steam or a low-temperature wool setting for wrinkles.
